MXene is two-dimensional material like grahpene. It has high electronic conductivity, ion conductivity and semiconductor property result from their termination group. So, MXene was used such as sodium-ion battery, micro-supercapacitor, catalyst and gas sensor.
High-Entropy Alloy(HEA) is a new system consisting 5 ~ 35 at% of elements. HEA was formed single phase, because of dominant effect on the increase in the mixing entropy than the decrease in free energy associated with the formation of intermetallic compounds. So, it has phase stablility at high temperature.
Thermoelectric materials can convert electrical energy and thermal energy. It is attracting attention these days because it can produce energy environmentally. It can be applied to recycle waste heat from vehicles and factories
